Your files. Your Mac.
Privacy, plainly.

1. The Mac app
DeskCalm works locally. It does not collect personal information, usage analytics, file contents or device identifiers, and does not upload your files. You do not need an account.
2. Folder access
You choose the folders DeskCalm can work with. File organisation, previews and storage scans happen on your Mac. The app keeps its settings and an activity record of file moves locally so you can review and restore them.
3. This website
This website does not include advertising or analytics scripts. It remembers your chosen appearance in your browser. Its hosting provider processes ordinary connection information to deliver the pages and maintain service security. Following the App Store link takes you to Apple’s service and privacy policy.
4. Getting in touch
If you email support, your message is used to respond to your request. Avoid sending private files or sensitive information unless needed.
5. Changes
This page will be updated if the app or website’s data handling changes.
